making Colloidal Silver question

Ok, so my docs that came with my CS generator state the following (using 3 9v batteries wired in series):

30PPM: distilled water heated to 92 degrees F:
16 oz water: 96 mins
24 oz water: 144 mins
32 oz water: 192 mins

40PPM: distilled water heated to 112 degrees F:
16 oz water: 128 mins
24 oz water: 192 mins
32 oz water: 256 mins

but honestly man. if you are tight on a budget where this cuts into food bills then i would say you shouldnt be even thinking about growing. i thought i could do everything the cheap way and it only cost me more money on useless shit + what i had to pay to get premium things that will last and are reliable. whether its a good quality ppm meter or pure silver, i wouldnt get into this realm without a legit amount of cash dedicated to this.

i actually have what i need to grow thank you. just hit a bad patch here, switching jobs and all.

and Twitch, what is wrong with wanting to try making things instead of buying them? from my drying racks to one of my gold prospecting sluice boxes, sometimes the project itself is part of the fun.

i think he is just afraid of making things or too retarded to do it. like seriously did you read what he said? he grows to put food in his mouth but yet would rather buy some random ass product instead of having the intelligence to make it himself, but master it and make it even better. i bet his entire grow consists of whatever had the best advertisement.

if you want to make gallons of cs heres how you do it. i paid 5 dollars for the 2 grams of silver and had a jar and alligator clips on hand.

use distilled water only, put it in the jar.
clip each piece of silver to an alligator clip and make sure only the silver is touching the water. i used a rubber band to hold the clips in place.
attach the opposite ends of the alligator clips to the terminals of whatever battery you are using. i had a 6v and a 12v so i used both by getting an extra alligator clip to wire everything in series +to-to+to-
wait until your solution reads out 30ppm. depending on how many batteries you use will affect how long it takes. its slow at first but picks up speed as ions are dissolved into the water increasing conductivity. it took me about 8 hours to get to 30ppm which is as strong as you need it.

spray your plant a week before going into 12-12 and a week into 12-12 making sure you cover the plant thoroughly.

you now have all the seeds you will ever need and a method to go back and create more any time you feel like it.

what about use a 12 v DC converter plug in thing instead of the batteries? like an old cell phone charger or something like that; snip the plug side off, peel the wires apart and strip em and attach to the silver? or clips as i think i still have a few loose ones..

yup you can use that as well. make sure the current isnt to high. around 500-1000ma is fine

Why? That shit's just dumb.

And this isn't a hobby, some of us depend on this for medicine that would bankrupt us if we had to buy it. Others make a living off of it, and as long as they give a first class product at a good rate, I don't mind. For me, I can't afford 15 a gram for good meds, so I grow.

Hey Man, no offence to you, but your missing the whole reason of what I had a beef with... The one's of us that CAN'T afford spending a fortune making the silver spray, he's calling us "cheap asses" because we choose to make our own for pennies. Just as you mentioned you grow cause it's difficult to afford good meds....this doesn't make you a cheap ass .... ABSOLUTELY NOT .... I grow for a close family member that has serious medical issues, and we neither could ever be able to afford the cost of quality meds and thus is the reason I grow. But it's been a journey learning all about the facts and values of this fascinating plant, not to mention what a boost of spirits it has given my family member. It has turned into one of the most exciting hobbies that I have ever experienced. Please Mr. ProdigalSun, except my apologizes, I by no means where putting down people that rely on its healing qualities. I wish you great success on your all your grows. ......PeaceLoveHappiness..... P.S. I have no idea what your aliment is but it's spinal issues on our side, and we are blown away of the results that cannabis has had, not to mention all the stories we have heard on cancer. I smoke because of a bad back as well and it's really amazing the difference and benefit that is experienced.
