Make sense to LST with autos?

I am planning on growing some autos under some cfls. I heard lst is good for cfl growing. But would lst be to stressful on the auto because it only has a three week veg time. Or could I do it during flowering as well?

Auto's don't have a veg time, and yes it would be fine to lst at any point of flowering.
