Oh I wholeheartedly agree with Jefferson and his improvement plan of property. The rights given to folks 200 plus years ago were simple with land, if you improved it, you owned it. But I'd rather share the wealth, if someone wants to help me grow pot and stay from start to finish and keep going. By all means work for the pot you grow! I'd never want to say "own my land" since the land will own me someday. But I want to have the freedom to something that would be absolutely victimless. Jefferson and Washington grew greens as they could, doubts on its potency but the fact that during that time alcohol was actually a far bigger problem at that time than hemp ever was, and still is.
