so basically my plants are were dying to what i thought was overwater/nute burn but now i think its my soil alkalinty .

i done some tests this is what happend ok so the water im putting into the soil is about 7.9 ph and the water comming out is about 8.4 that was all tested with the water pool meter as u can see in the pic , the ppm total alkalinity was 0 going in and 80-120 comming out ? does this mean my soil is to alkalinity ? maybe thats why there deing ? ok so my water is comming out alot higher in ph "according to the pool ph meter" but the odd thing is the soil ph kit said the soil was neutral like the water going in ? as u can see im so fking confused and dont have a clue what to do any help would be really apreciated

Lower your water's PH with PH down or just use lemon juice. Approx. 10 drops per gallon will lower the PH by 1. Water like this then test the runoff PH again until you are neutral.

I'd just try ph down or lemon juice first. If that doesn't work you can flush and use the same soil.

i would get new soil. Keep in mind that you can use sulphur and lime to adjust ph but its very very tricky for a newbie to use. I recommend highly that you get some new soil and do it right from the start.

As far as adjusting the ph i would get a GH pH up down kit. I swore by mine before i got a pH pen.
