Major questions reguarding PC Fan and Lighting

I am making a grow stealth PC box. I am trying to figure out exactly what type of PC fan to use. the dimensions for the pc box I am using is 17.5H x 18.5L x 7.75W. The fan size is 120mm. I know it is small, but it is just for me. So, I am not too worried. Of course it is going to be stealth so, I am going to make a carbon scrubber. The main question that I have is, what kind of PC fan should I get? How many RPMs? What should the CFM be? Should I use 2 exhaust and 1 intake? Now, with that being said, I am planning on using CFLs for my lighting. Since it is such a small grow box, should I use 2 2700k and 1 6500k bulbs? Btw, the lady I will be using is a Northern Light Auto. Thanks for all the help anyone can give me!

Fan for what? In that space, I'd have a fan pulling air through the carbon scrubber and a fan stirring the air in the box. No intake fan, passive intake. I like the Noctua fans. Very quiet. Whatever size and RPM you want as long as it moves air. 20 CFM should suffice.
The lighting you described is fine, 3 13 Watters or maybe you could get by with 20s if it doesn't get too hot.
