Major Leaf Curl

High everyone, I had two clones delivered, one is doing well, the other one is curling badly. "Curly" is elephant, and I am growing both plants under 24 hour CFL's. I don't know the soil medium; this was delivered by a co-op. I have been using Fox Farm's Grow Big.

This is driving me nuts. I have been growing for 35 years and never had this problem. Temperature and humidity are well within acceptable ranges.

I need some insight please! Thank you.

I have a small problem with this too not every leaf though plants are a bit droopy too keeping my eye on this for an awnser
