Major drooping!!! Any Suggestions or comments?

heres a couple pics on my closet cfl they started drooping about two days i think i was over waterin so i've cut it back a lil they all still look strong and are steadily producing second set of leaves, let me know what ya think fellas or ladies.

Looks to me like they could be overwatered.

They aren't bad at all... let em go for a few days without water, should do the trick!
