Anyone else sick of the nonstop shitty rain we've been having in the downeast? Also, how is your harvest coming along and when are you expected to harvest? Just looking for some other experiences. Thanks all

That's wishfull thinking, but east coast growers are almost out of time. It's going to start getting snowy fast. I'm suprised it hasn't frosted/snowed yet!

This weekend is looking good, nice weather with little rain. Who knows what will happen after that. I dont see the season going past the middle of oct.

edit: let's hope there will be candy with the halloweed!

Lol some halloweed would be very nice. My projected harvest date is mid oct. But we'll see how the weather is and it may have to be earlier or later if possible.
A hard frost is something i would worry about but im hoping for nothing too serious until late oct. I'm definately gonna let the bitches go through a couple light frosts if we have them before i crop, ive read multiple times it increases potency because the plant gives out more resin as a defense mechanism against frost.

On a side note we're finally having some sunny weather again and its supposed to get up to 80 today so that is good news.

We had such a mint summer for growing it rained all of maybe 5 times, I hope we get a nice indian summer. Also anyone looking for a little extra crop protection can spread grass clippings around the base of the plant, as it decomposes it lets off heat and can help hold off any serious threats.
