Maine indoor-my 1st grow!

Hello everyone! I posted this in another part of the forum but i think it belongs here instead. :)

first off, heres what im working with:
-General organics go line of nutrients + superthrive @1 drop per gal
-4' 6 bulb T5 fixture by EnviroGro
-4 strains (started from clones) Ak47, white widow, barneys blue cheese, and black russian
-3 gal. buckets with fox farm soil

my room is kept between 70-77 degrees, it just seems to stay at that temp by itself for now.
my clones have been vegging for 7 weeks now, with the exception of the white widow which is at 5 weeks.
ive trained them all down pretty flat by using hooks stuck into the soil and looped over branches, after a couple days the hooks are moved around and the branches stay pretty much like they were. as the plants grow and the branches get thicker my hooks arent working as well and ive been just training them out by hand, a little bit of gentle bending every day.
im hoping to switch them over the flower soon, i wouldve done this a couple weeks ago but i wanted the white widow to catch up a little but so i could flower them all at once. and now i have a bit of an issue i need to clear up before i can do that.

issues: in some of my pics you will see the leaves looking a little sickly. this started happening first on my AK plant, and i thought it was just a bad clone from a not so healthy mother. i considered killing it and trying something different but then the same things started happening to my other plants as well. now im thinking nute burn? it looks to me like a combination of nitrogen overabundance and a calcium deficiency..but this is my first indoor grow and ive never encountered these things before. i came to that conclusion after much internet research
ive been following the chart that came with my nutes, (i ordered the go box) and doing feed, water, water. i was also foliar feeding every other day with the same nutes, diluted to 1/8 the strength id feed them with. i dont understnd how my plants were so badly damaged by following the feeding directions to a T, but since then ive flushed in the tub, running at least 6 gallons of water thru each pot, and watered twice. so technically theyve had 3 waterings since their last feed and i stopped foliar feeding as well to get this problem to clear up. ive noticed this past week that new growth is starting to be healthy looking. not sure if i will feed them again when theyre dried out, only using 1/2 strength, or water them once more for safe measures.

here are a few pictures: this picture is a good look at my leaf damage. this is my AK which was hit the hardest and even after bouncing back quite a bit it still has some problem spots.

this second picture is of my barneys blue cheese, im amazed at the number of tops its got, i havent been topping, just training it down flat. this one seemed to have been the least affected by m
