Main stem broke during rain

So its been raining all day today, my big girl was taking on so much water i guess it weighed the buds down and snapped one side of my tree down. She was still attached and couldn't have been down for long bc i usually check her pretty frequently. So I braced the side that broke up, taped with duct tape and braced a couple more spots until i can get better stuff to tie her too. Shes been flowering for like 2 months now, but still has a long way to go. My question is has anyone experienced this before and what was the outcome. Im gonna be very upset of she wont recover. Everythings been going so well with her too :(

I had an outdoor plant split down the main stem, the first few weeks were bad but when i retied everything and made the bonds really tight and pretty much tied string at each node wrapping around the main stem super tight, and it started to recover from there. biggest advice for that type of injury is make sure the inside of the stem is clean and bond it really tight (but down strangle it), it should recover better from there.
