Main lining good or na? disadvantages?

I want real opinions not just from an article not tried this before.
I want the best yield and potency taking less time as possible?so
time/yield?

That's what I thought because look at the amount of leaves most likely got ripped off or lost in the process.

Yeah, training is all good and in some gardens is necessary but with a few tweaks a grower can run 6 full grows a year usin the time that training wastes

i think it is good if you have the room for it. i am flowering some clones atm and have been mainlining some feminized seeds forever. lol. when the clones are done the mainlined ones will be ready for the flower room. i would say you could start some seeds or clones for regular flower and 2-3 weeks later start a mainline batch that will be ready when the first ones are done. i just have mine under some 4' flouros which is why it is so slow which works out because flower room is occupied.

i would only do it with fem seeds myself as it is extra work and you kind of want the exact # that will suit your flower space.

wont' affect potency at all.

best yield would probably be SOG. less veg time=more grows per year possible.
