The DEA cant charge you with anything anyways. They cant charge you because you never had it in your possession. You cant get trafficking charges either because you did not ship it and how are they going to prove that you had it shipped. I say go for it and package it up safely.

jesus dude, how many fucking times do i gotta say, FEDEX dumbass!!!!! i've used FEDEX over 50 times and it worked all but one time!!!!! and i'd be worried if i was receiving 50 lbs, but i'm not, usually a quarter or half oz. if it's a ton of pot they will hand it over to the dea, if not, they'll take it for themselves...fdd, i've noticed you really like to stir the pot, don't have many friends ha??

well Lex, fdd is kinda right, if you sign for a huge box filled with weed the DEA can bust you for it!! i saw it on that show DEA on spike, ups found a box with 20 lbs of pot, turned it over to DEA, then they put a undercover to deliever said package, then busted em right after he signed for it, that's a common practice, but that's why you don't ship 20 lbs of pot, i'm saying for personal use only.

ok fdd its a federal crime to open up a package if u do that your looking at prison time so im not worried about sumone illegally opening my boxes then turning themselves into the cops. and i dont doubt some of thoose guys are crooks but its not like they open every single box. so im not worried as long as it doesnt reek of weed.

but greenjunk, it does happen alot, they open shit everyday, but since they are a private company nothing happens, but shit, i'm glad some ass is stealing it instead of the DEA coming to the door! bottom line, don't worry if it's a small amount and you package it properly! i do at least 4 layers of vac sealing then put in a bag of pretzels or other food!!!

i was thinking buying one of those heat sealer things and fill a bag of dorritos with bud and use that to seal it shut. haha

I used the USPS, from what I understand a private company can look in your packages for no reason, the USPS needs a warrant to search your packages. I've used USPS to ship an 8th here and there and there have been no problems, knock on wood...

FDD is a good guy. has had TONS of experience, and knows what works, and what doesn't. and i noticed that ppl seem to think hes an asshole because he uses commonsense. he just puts info out there for ppl who want it.

and calling a mod a dumbass isnt exactly the smartest thing to do.

ya an 8th is no problem (id assume) im thinking more of 1 or 2 ounces im trying to make a profit off the fact that a zip is 60 bucks in florida for weed thats worth 200+ in my neighborhood and probably more if i take a 15 minute drive into the city

yeah, i just hate the fact that the USPS is a federal offense and the DEA will come knocking with them, at least the private companies won't turn you in most of the time, they'll just steal your shit if it gets found! i had a close friend actually get busted using USPS, he had been getting about 5 lbs of dank from oregon for bout 6 months with no probs, then one morning when the package was supposed to arrive the DEA and local LEO were at his door with guns!!! so i'd never use the USPS again, trust me, FEDEX is better.

haha, i'm not sure he is a good guy, more like a little girl, an infraction for dumbass, wow! he was wrong in this one, he kept saying ups, and i was sayin fedex..either way, i didn't know he was a Mod and i didn't think dumbass was attacking someone, my little sister uses that word, its was like i called out his mom or sumpin, haha. i also have alot of experience and fedex is the best for shipping pot, period. he needs to learn how to put info out there without being an, opps, i don't want to get an infraction...it's okay, that's how people act when they have no friends, no life, and are in their own world!

all i got to say is use fedex, vacuum seal that shit and put it in an empty food box like cereal and re-seal the box... simple as that. i get 2-3 pounds a week from california, just have to be smart about it...
