I would say... Your pot's too small. Your plant's gonna be limited by the amount of root space you allow it, your leaf spread is already wider than the pot it's growing in. I'm not sure about transplanting it now, as apparently auto's don't like being transplanted at the best of times.
Any chance of a pic in profile, so we can gauge height?

There 20 days old from seed it says they don't mind being transplanted and I do have 10 ltr air pots don't no what to do for the best

I'm growing in 15ltr air pots, MK Ultra Kush and Tha Shiznit. I wanted the 10ltr, as after a lot of research it seemed they'd be optimal size, but hydro shop only had 15.
I think 6.5 would be a little too small. What site did you buy then from? A direct quote from attitude - "Given its size, it is not recommend for indoor growing in containers".
Keep it in 6.5 if you wanna keep it small, think about very carefully transporting if you want it to grow some. You could have a beast on your hands! Ready for some low stress training?

Thanks very much I am using bio bizz all mix a 300 watt mars hydro led with cfl bulbs if needed in a grow tent 1.2by1.2by2.0 a 5 inch rhino pro carbon filter and outtake fan with several clip on fans for circulation I have 10 ltr air pots and am tempted to transplant

Keep us updated, maybe consider a journal if you have the time. You can never have enough advice, and we always need more auto grow journals.

It will pass the time m8 live on own, can't work lol I do bits N bats online to tide me over ect my lease on the house up in Oct so see Wat I can do before lol maybe at the end of this first 4 from gorillaseedbank I will try and do 4 auto for 105days cash information a move to another property I wud sooner stay put all depends on the landlord lol

Defo love more auto journals as have helped me out massively transplanted one of my plants from 6 ltr to 10 ltr air pots was not fun sure I damaged root structure we will see plan on doing other one today but mambo to a 1t litre square pot and have 3 ultra lemon haze autos 1 dr Kippings bulk and 2 blue amnesia germinating so busy afternoon of prep ahead

Hahaha. I'm sure you said "2 as trying not to take on too much"! I'm really resisting the urge to buy and plant more seeds. My tent and light could only hold 4 smallish plants max (80x80cm, 400w) so two with room to breathe should be nice for now. I'll plant some more seeds further down the line, try and go perpetual.
