As per the title, I've got two plants which are currently suffering from a Magnesium Disorder so I went out and bought some Epsom Salt and mixed a 1/2 teaspoon with 1000ml of water and watered the girls.

Now all I know is Epsom Salt is Magnsium Sulphate but like any Nutrient I'm sure you can over do it... so what happens when you give it to much Mg ? How much Mg does Marijuana use and how often should Epsom Salt be used ?

Any input is greatly appreciated :blsmoke:

Rarely is a lack of Mg a problem unless one waters with RO or distilled water. I add salts whenever I see the first signs of Mg problems. I add Cal-Mag to my Flora Nova Bloom once a week.

yeah just noticed my rust spots are disappearing and the leaves are greening up i used 1 tsp/gallon epsom to water i was using distilled water in my first few feedings now im upping my nutes and will no longer need to supplement the mg i am using GH flora series..

I was told I had a mag problem so I read quite a few articles on it, and every thing I read sais 1 TBSP/Gal, so when I mixed mine to foliar feed, I did 1 tsp/half gal, and from there into my spray bottle. It took a couple, maybe 3 days, (spraying daily) to tell a difference, and what was already there did not go away, but no more appeared either.
