magnesium def???

Hey just looking for a lil help with a diagnosis, been running coco for a little while now and really havent been adding any calmag because i feel like it needs so much phosphorus and potassium i dont wanna risk locking them up with to much calmag i've been watering at 1100-1200ppm not using amy calmag anyone possibily use Botanicare with coco also i guess im 2012-05-14_16-57-55_688.jpg2012-05-14_16-56-54_602.jpg2012-05-14_17-08-34_447.jpg2012-05-14_16-57-12_764.jpg2012-05-14_17-08-42_801.jpgjust wondering if cal&mag are common issues if you use ro? Because another one of ny younger plants in veg has just started showing a few random rust /burnt looking holes, fyi the 1st 3 pictures are of" the ultimate "the last 2 are of my younger plant thats 45days from sprout"deadhead og", any advice would be preciated thanks

I use coco, my water is about 200ppm out of the tap. I made it through a couple grows OK by only adding epson salts but recently I've been adding a bit of calmag and it seems to be helping the plants. If you aren't adding epson salt you definately need to. Also, check your ph since that can cause all manner of deficiencies if it is off.

I mix the calmag in a gallon jug and hand water with it. Tried putting it in my resivoir and it gunked it up fast.

I don't think a small amount would lock up the P.

Thought magnesium defeciency was displayed intra veinally? as in in between the veins of the leaves being yellow. The edges of those leaves are all toast. How close are your lights bass1014? And you should start your own thread (:
