lumens per square feet?

exactly what the title says. my area is 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch. and 27 inches tall. i have 2 42 watt cfls and a 26 wat cfl

more like 7000 lumens total but is that enough?

I would say you should replace that 26w with a 42w and you should be good for vegging, given that they are all 65k bulbs. Adding a fourth bulb and making sure they are all 27k for flowering will help immensely as well.
