i read the grow faq and i am planning to try low stress training but i have a few questions.
-can you keep it tied down during flowering?
-what can i use to tie it down? is there something thats best to use?
- does it matter what ways u train it to go? or can u basically train it however u want to?

1. Yes,particularly if youve got sativa Dominant strains that stretch alot, and good for keeping the buds away from the lights if you have limited headroom
2. i use knitting wool or wire bent into U's and pushed into the soil, ot into pre drilled holes around the pot rim
3. No, i play around with mine sometimes...
I might trail it around the pot then let it grow up out of the middle, sometimes i LSt them into what ever shape i am gonna have spare in the grow space...

You know your grow space better than we do, use LSt to maximise your plants potential, and make the most of your lighting etc.

Here is my lady. I started LST 20 days after I put the seeds in dirt. I used pieced of insulated wire pushed into the soil. I love the result. These are at day 48

I think you are too early with the lst. The whole idea is to get lower branching exposed to light and it doesn't appear that you have any lower branches growing yet. My two cents at least...

Ok, im gonna suggest, remoe the U hold down/s.
Let the plant straighten up a lil again, and then fill the pot up with more compost, around an inch below the first set of leaves(The stem will the also grow extra roots where it is underground)
Let it grow for a wk or so(see how fast it grows and if you get any stretching), once you can tell if its starting to stretch again, Use LST to trail it around the pot.

Or alternatively you could top or Fim the plant, and then take each of the new grow tips once they develop and start growing up, and use LST to take them out horizontally
