2 1/2 weeks into flowering when is the best time to LST and what benifits will i get

i usually start 2 weeks in to veg but thats just me

I've been reading/asking a lot of questions about LST recently. the common concensus is that you want to do it in the veg state when the plant is around 6-8 inches tall or maybe a little taller depending on how strong the stem is. google LSR and marihuana and you'll get the guidelines and see many people bend different ways. I found a guy on here with a nice pic of his bushy plant and wrote him a message , always look for those who have proof of what they're talking about.

ok so its to late for that when should i start to see buds the white hairs are getting long and appears to be getting crystaly, also the tops are looking diffrent like flowers kinda is this a good time to switch from 15-30-15 to 10-52-10

Super bloom or whatever its called from home depot? Be careful but ya you can use those nutes
