Plant ties like laughing grass said. Sometimes I line to use “lst” clips and or bamboo sticks.

Assuming LST means training ... black binder clips and pipe cleaners to get the manifold started:

And either paperclips that I've unbent a bit in the edges of my 5g bags or before branches are long enough I use lawn staples into the medium.

* and once they're going into flower I drop a net on 'em and use that to spread the branches/colas out and get rid of all the annoying tiedowns.

Peony cage. It’s shorter and thicker gauge wire than a standard tomato cage. I use these and cheap twine or string to train my canopy.

Search Amazon for ground hooks. They are ideal.
