LST questions

well it's only one plant and all you can do is learn lessons and possably get a massive harvest well worth it
 
ya i like to try different training ways, getting some clones here soon so im looking forward to playing with some training and see what happens. maybe even hydro. i like to think i need to be comfortable doing these things and learning even from mistakes. like i remember overthinking topping but now im main lining and topping. find your way and learn , be comfortable

I use the same technique whether I top or LST. I wait until I get a healthy fifth node, typically day 20-24 from sprout, then remove under 4 {I find the first three nodes an unproductive waste of plant energy) then break apical dominance ( bend less than 90 degrees ) when I LST or when I top, I top above five and again. remove under 4. Everytime, every auto. Good luck.

Okay I started mine on day 21 its been a week now I started at 45 degree bend then increased to a 90 degree bend a few days later

Im starting a hydro grow right now my self so for its been a headache but I think its jus because I have 2 different grows goin on and setting up all the equipment etc...BUT im sure it'll be worth it

Im hoping for a faster harvest ive read hydro can be %20-%50 faster than soil so thats what got me interested was the speed of the grow

Go get you a bucket air pump nutes ph meter ppm and solutions etc...some of this stuff you should already have and give it a try bro...its my first time whats the worst that can happen? Like you said we learn from mistakes
 
hydro i hear is definitely faster, my friends is huge but he aslo didnt do a lot of trainin or trim. i started mainline once like 5th or 6th node. takes a few week to recover

Im pressed for time lol but I might do oke on the hydro grow and see if it recovers faster
