You can do both LST and lollipop

yea you can do both, LST is low stress training (hence the name) and simply do one thing, it lower your top grow point and let the plant redirect its hormones to its other grow points and make multiply main shoots instead of one, they won't be/get as big as if you just let it grow one main top/cola, but over all yield will still be better, specially under artificial light as you with LST so to speak grow a low bush rather then a high single steam plant and that way have a better change to provide strong light to all your main tops, in other words you will have all your tops/buds just under the light, topping and FIM can do similar, so can a Scrog, just another technic to get a bush like plant instead of a tree like plant and that way a bigger surface close to your light source

lollipoping or pruning is another technic that basically just remove all under growth that won't reside any good light and that way let the plant concentrate and use all its energy on the top Buds, you might not get more over all yield, but the Buds you get will all be top Buds, grown close to the light, instead of half top Buds and half lower flimsy buds that IMO is`t good for anything other then making KIF or HBO
