I was just looking through my old photos on my hdd. And remembered I'd had a seedling with three sets of leaves per layer.

What I want to know is. Has anyone ever had one of these and fimmed or topped it?
And how many branches did it produce?

The one I remember for sure was several years ago.. stayed threes all the way up.. really neat plant .. can't remember the strain... I had another that went back to doubles after having triple true leaves... genes? Idk

I believe it's called a trifoliate plant, and I have one going right now. She's a Dynasty Des*Tar Bx1. It's pretty cool, I didn't realize it until she was probably a month from seed. She's now at 20 days into flowering. I'll take some pictures later, I just hand pollinated her and a few other gals so I'm waiting a bit to splash them down and turn the fans back on.

I got mine from bagseed. Got to about the 4th set of leaves before a 46°c day killed it. Wasn't happy.

Here you can see she's a trifoliate. These pics are a little old, maybe a week. She's been topped, but the trifoliate is not a result of FIM technique, merely something I did to reduce height.
