Liquid is also pretty easy to dilute after it comes from the original source, so if you aren't well connected to the source there is a better chance that it will be weak. I really haven't ever seen much weak blotter, gels or microdots. If blotter isn't good its because it's totally fake with no lsd on it. Meanwhile a vial of liquid might be great quality lsd, just diluted so bad that you need to take 10 hits to trip. But thats just my experience, which is from a few years ago and probably not where you live.

Much like the diluted crystal used to lay onto blotter paper as you described. The dose entirely depends on the ratio in which it was mixed. Totally up to the layers/mixers on this one. You could end up with 350µg drops or 25µ. Same goes with blotts. IME though, blotters have been more dependable than liquid around my part of the world.
