Hey guys, I've been on the rollitup community for a little bit now reading and watching numerous grows as well as participating in a few low scale grows of my own. My main experience is in soil growing, but recently I've been fascinated by hydroponics so I thought I'd give it a try. Being new to this whole "water only grow" I thought I'd share my results with the community I know and love. :eyesmoke: Enough of my rambling though...

Here's my specs on my garden:
- 2 - 4 gallon Waterfarm Drip Hydroponic Systems
- 2'x4'x5' 100% mylar grow hut
- 400 Watt HPS Digital Grow Light System + 400W Sun Lamp Plant Growing Light w/ adjustable reflector.
- 4" Inline Fan With Carbon Filter (190 cfm)
- 4 - 4" Massey High Velocity fans
- Eco Air Pump with 6" air stone

Strain: Barney's Farm LSD

Sex : Feminized
Type : Indica / Sativa, Mostly indica
Flowering : Photoperiod
Genetics : Mazar x Skunk #1
Flowering Time : Short, Medium
Outdoor Harvest : Mid September
Height : Medium
THC Level : 24 %
Characteristics : produces a euphoric, almost psychedelic experience

Now the fun part is where I tell you I'm using the Advanced Nutrient line exclusively for my grow. I know, I know, "AN rips you off" "AN is destroying the MJ community and will take over the world through their b.s. marketing techniques.." I've heard it all people. Frankly, I don't care. I'm a chemist. I love research. I want an unbiased test to see what AN can do for me to see if they live up to their hype. Plus, no one can really give me a straight answer so let it all be known, I'm putting AN to the test and letting you guys be the judge to say if they are worth it or not.

Here's the nutrients I will be using:
- VooDoo Juice
- B-52
- Grow/Micro/Bloom (base nutes)
- Big Bud
- Bud Candy
- Overdrive
- Final Phase

sounds good dude. im sub'd. im using dutch master right now but im thinking after my next harvest i will do a comparison between dutch master and advanced and the winner is the one i will be using.

i like it alot. its working great so far. the plants were doing a little shitty when i was using humboldt so i switched to dutch master i use the gold a and b for veg and i use liquid light and gold penetrator as a foliar spray and they are doing amazing. now i just wanna know if advanced is better.

So for this grow I'm aiming at 1.0 gram per watt. So potentially a little under a pound. In reality I will probably pull anywhere from 0.5 - 0.7 grams per watt with a 400w HPS. Hopefully, packages and pictures will be here by Wednesday this week and pics by Thursday. Fedex is taking foreverrrrrr. :wall: Sigh... Oh well. lol

I hear LSD loves her some nutrients. So I'm going to start her off with half regiment first week into veg and see how she's doing after that. If everything runs smooth, then it's increased by a quarter more each week (maybe less. We'll see) till we reach full regiment. I'm probably going to veg for 5 - 7 weeks.

Sounds like a good plan. Advanced Nutrients always works great for me so I wouldn't expect anything else for you. Looks like you've got all the other angles covered. Should be a great grow!

i was using advanced on one of my 6 flowering big bud plants and that was the only one that was getting frosty so i started using advanced on all of them and now they are all getting frosty as hell. i use sensi bloom a&b, big bud, bud candy, and carbo load. i love the stuff so far. and all the shit i got honestly was not expensive at all. to me 27 for a liter of both sensi bloom a&b, 20 bucks for carbo load 25 for bud candy and 30 for big bud was not bad at all. alot of my dutch master is just as much if not more. havent tried any of the more expensive additives yet but that will be coming soon.
