Yeah man im really excited about this one, shes stretching like crazy right now and budding up very quick. She was very ready to flower when i flipped, its really noticeable compared to other plants were i flipped when they obviously weren't ready.

Very easy to build a ballast that will last for years look at diy ballast kit on google (Im assuming you know how to solder?) Sorry for jumpin in here, I wasnt invited...

no worries dude all are welcome, im still on the fence with the ballast but it would bulk up these babies so much if i did add an extra 400w

it indeed would as long as temps could be controlled (havent read the whole thread dude sorry) you kit would come with the basic parts to might not even need to solder... just run and cap like this:View attachment 2676949

just had a huge tree fall down in my backyard, obliterated the fence and most everything out there. Front of the house there was someones roof in the road and im pretty sure i can smell fire

nope we're fine, plants are fine, all that matters, the fire was down the road, think it took out 3 houses before it got put out. the entire town was in chaos, some pretty scary shit

Doing a res change today, took almost 4 weeks for it to finally become too unstable, still clean as shit though. Light leaks will KILL this, if you have light leaks you must change your res way sooner than what i just did. Tidbit of info for anyone who isn't aware.

I need to do mine prolly tomorrow. I do it about evey 2 weeks usually, to keep the nutes fresh, and the build up off the walls.

yeah i had a bit of salty residue on the inside of my buckets a bit above the usual water level, got that nasty shit cleaned. Nothing i can really do about the plants buckets though since its completely immobile
