lowryder needs help

hi all,
lowryder is growing slow,its been 23days since seed,in at night and out at day(sunlight),water(sitting tap water),'dont like boiled or ph testing 'got the cheap1,
any1 had slow grows problems with lowryders or anyother?
what might be the problem?

why have you been cutting the lower fan leaves off? That could be part of the reason.

They look me like they are sparse and stretching for light. Do you have enough light? If you do then maybe the lights are too far away from the plants. They look pretty good otherwise. Under optimal conditions they should be showing sex by now.

dude i have a plant that was from bag seed about 20-25 days old and its the same size ang lowryder is also a very short plant

the first leaves browned up to a crisp,so took em off, and its getting sunlight when its out!, i know it needs a bigger pot but i cant get hold of the soil i want foxfarm where do i get it from in europe, any1 know???
it smells nice i have to say,
