ya fox farm grow big, or any grow nutrients for that matter, i have bloom and tiger bloom. i just need something for veg and i dont really wanna pay 25 bucks for that shit unless i have to

I came across this in my library today. It's a good piece on ppm and ph. Thought someone might like it. It's short and simple. just an apdate for myself. lol. so far picked at least 200 wet grams. I picked about the equivalent of 1 of the 3 plants so far. They must have yielded slightly higher than i thought. maybe i'll get 8 dry ounces from them. The small 1 still needs 2 weeks or so and the biggest 1 has barely been touched. going to let the lower buds on the the harvested plant grow in and they look like they could be good for another ounce just off the 1 harvested plant. the large plant that is still left could easily yield 2 ounces and then another when the lower buds develop. didnt realize how much ive been able to smoke. sold a couple grams here and there just to friends. These plants just never stop. There is def something slowing my lowryders. the yield seems very small so far. hopefully theyll really get going soon. dont know whats wrong. they look fine but just arent yielding that well yet. i'll post some pics later. when the lights come back on the lowryders. but so far i'm worried about them. Ive given up nuting the hempstars. just going to keep adding water to the res until they finish. outta finish them slightly quicker and make them smooth. not worried about the 5 grams i might lose. just want them done already. lol. The damn trichs are still just cloudy basically with very few amber. prob is it takes 5 days or so before i notice differences at all in colour. they took forever. i must have 1 of those 16 weeks flowering strains. lol. i hope not.

roll 420. those sound like some nice seeds. never tried the 2 strains you have there but they must be great. heard about them many times. I dont think ive smoked them either. i wish bud was labelled off the street. lol. but it rarely is. let us know when you start them for sure. decided to pick another 100 wet grams just now and hang them. i'll do picks later. my hempstars look hillarious. bats on sticks and nearly no leaves at all. lol
Actually if you got the g13 seeds they should be similar. since you have skunk in there it might finish quicker being a strong indica strain. my hempstars clearly have alot of sativa in them. skinny long 9 point leaves. taking forever to finish etc. but your g13 should be similar. and the yield is def better than most strains. i think its the northern lights. you'll get a nice yield for sure. i watched a grow on youtube of some pros in amsterdam on youtube. they were growng some famous strain and finished the plants about the same size i did and mine looks like it yielded quite a bit more at the same size. so you will be in for more than you expected in a good way. lol. good luck

Don't you just love the 16 week plant. The bottom half of the plant is looking much more finished now though. Going to try to harvest the rest tonight. But trying to finish my next 3 bucket setup though, I have 3 more that are almost ready to go into flower.

Well, just got back from a two day trip, and i gotta say i was nervous about leaving th girls here on their own. Everything went okay, I'm happy to say. I had to test sample (again) the bag seed plants, and i have to say, its pretty good. I don't see much more amber than when I left. I don't know if the timer I have hooked up was working. I have the only timer they had a Home Depot with a three pronged outlet which is an outdoor timer and I put in on the dusk to dawn setting. I'm not having luck figuring out how to get a timer to work. I tried using the three prong adapter with a regular appliance timer, but that didn't seem to work. My one lowryder plant continues to do well, but the others havent made much progress. I put in a bigger pump and two long airstones on each side with deeper net cups, so the seedling stayed wet, anyway. I got my new v-drip system, haven't had a chance to open it yet. Thats going to be for the Northern Lights etc I'll update more later.

Can you post a link the timer you have. You don't have a store called "Ocean State Job Lot" do you. I got a really good timer there for like $8. I got 3 really. you can set them in 15 min increments. Sounds like you might not have the right kind of timer maybe.

I finialy got some mylar the other day and put it up and wow it really makes a huge difference. Its so fckin bright in there especially when the doors closed..... heres a couple pics

for what its worth, i got my timers from a pet store[petco i think] in the fish section, theyre perfect nad have the 15 minute increments. and to be honest i just stole two of em. i forgot how much they were prolly around 10 bucks. pet stores have some great deals on things you need for hydroponics such as airstones, hoses, timeres, thermometers, etc. andhalf the shit you can easily just put in your pockets.

walmart has amazing digital powerbars. there is multiple programs that can be set up. 4 plugs on 1 side are on the timer and 4 on the other are regular. its 14 bucks in canada. the yield of 900 grams is dried and it is the max. that would assume you veg for like 4 months indoors and then place outside to flower for prob 6 months. in my pics you can see the timer. its perfect. and believe it or not i smoked some nutmeg because i heard it is safe and provides a decent buzz. it is def a buzz and something like weed but slightly diff. apperently you can eat it also but it can have strong effects. check out the timer in the lowryder pics a few pages back. my lowryders are not yielding like i wanted so far. not lol. seeya.

thanks for that information, we don't have that store around here, when i get a chance, i'll post a pic of that timer. my new v-drip system came with a timer included.

i'll have to check at petco. i hate to preach or judge, but i don't take things that don't belong to me, wouldn't feel good about that.

eh i was like 18 back then and didnt really care, i dont feel bad about it. i would never take something from somebody i know, thats shady. it was for my plants and i didnt have a job back then, and id do whatever it took for my ladies i might of even been high

Hey roll plants look great!! I love the mylar, I have it pretty flat on my walls so it looks like a mirror, Makes my grow look twice as big as it is.

hey all! just wanted to fill you in on the progress, its so exciting...

I got my new drip system, it seems nice, made out of what look like plastic gutters, posted pics of that. it came with nutes, timer, hydroton.

I harvested the bagseed plants today, got them hanging up now, posted the pics of these too.

Also, hashlover, posted a pic of that timer. If you know if this is workable, i'd really like to know how it works. I have to use the one that came with the drip system to put pump on 15 minutes, then off 15 minutes, so i still need one for the new 400 watt hid light.

Posted pics of my lr2 plants, the big one has the most amazing growth. Last week, checked the ph with the aquarium tester and it was around 6.8, so thought that was pretty good, also flushed the system, so i do think that helped.

With the bagseed plants and no flushing, the roots were getting all nasty, won't let that happen again.

Went to the closest hydro store the other day and saw Voodoo juice. They wanted like $92 for a half gallon, so I didn't get it. He said its supposed to quadruple the root size. Has anyone tried this?

nice harvest and new setup, i like it.....how much does a system like that cost?

Yea i did a shitty job putting up the mylar....how did you put yours up hashlover.... i just stapled it and tried to pull it tight....i think i may try smaller pieces next time...it still makes a huge difference though.
