Lowrider (Autoflower) CFL Flowering Spectrum questions - 312W @ 2700k & 208W @ 6500k

With summer just around the corner, and outdoor growth not an option. I decided against HPS/MH for the winter, and decided to go 100% CFL.

I have some Original Low Rider plants in dirt now (xfer to hydro once they are strong enough), and since they are an autoflowering strain, I was curious on what wavelength to use if I want to have the biggest yield possible.

Knowing that 6500k is for veg, and 2700k for flower. But to get a bigger plant should I put a 3:1 ratio? Or should I stick solely to 2700k?

These are the specs on the bulbs I have.

12x 26w 2700k @ 1750 Lumen = 21000 Lumen
8x 26w 6500k @ 1600 Lumen = 12800 Lumen
-------------
33800 Lumen Total

I have no height issue, a bit over 5ft tall, so plant size won't matter, and probably fit 4 LR's in the space I have.

I was planning on putting the bulbs on a power bar, with a T connector on it, having two bulbs going on each side (using the bulb to outlet converters), 6 bulbs per power bar.

What are my options here? I am willing to buy more CFL's if I need.. (they are on sale at Wallyworld for 7$ for 26w bulbs!, both 65 and 2700k!

Thanks again guys, I will be posting some pics by this weekend if all goes well!
