i have a secret jardin tent approximately 2x4x6 with a 400w hps and 8-5gal smart pots. yea i think my humidity and temps has alot to do with my rapid growth. I only had to veg my plants for 29 days and they were getting too big. It was ridiculous growth in spurts. I noticed it was usually when i played with temps and rh. I do this to simulate the outdoors(i strongly believe in organics) so my temps can be as low as 68-71 at night/ 73-80 during the day. RH in veg went anywhere from 48% to 70%. This is mainly due to the fact that i live in a dense muggy valley..the humidity outside is usually like 80%..our weather is some of the most unpredictable in the us. On top of that i couldnt afford an expensive dehumidifier so i got a little 4 and suspended it from the top of the tent. i would add/ remove pool salt, play with temps, etc and consistently change the weather on a day to day basis. I have a feeling this has alot to do with it..im fairly new to the site but im not new to biology/botany. I was thinking in terms of 1 the weather is never the same day to day so why do that when growing indoor(remember im strong organic believer; i would prefer outside actually but again with my weather..) and 2 i was thinking if i constantly change everyday then that will ensure the probability of them getting the best growing conditions possible, also making them resilient to wind, temp drops, humidity changes whatever. Basically they have all the weather they need lol
