lowering PH and temperature

If you don't have anyway to test then don't adjust. Your better off with things the way they are. You'll likely do more harm trying to guess how much stuff to add. There isn't just a "one measurement fits all". How do you know your soil pH is 7.5?

Soil? What kind of soil? Buy a roll of cheap litmus paper. It’s more than adequate for growing plants. Rainwater requires cal mag added. Keep in direct light as much as possible. If sun only part of the day make sure it’s early morning. This sounds like a slow-moving disaster with autos.

Buy cheap litmus paper and adjust your pH to around 6. Do not add nutrients. Not unless the plants show deficiency and I’m betting they’ll burn first from the nutes in it. Just keep going. If the leaves change post good pics on this thread. It will bring it back to the top.
