Lower leaves dark burn spots, the dying, spreading upwards

(sorry for my shitty english)
My oldest plants have been presenting these dark spots in the lower leaves, always start in the second set of leaves and move upwards, slowly drying and killing the leaves. I'm watering with tap water, ph between 6-7 (I'm measuring with some shitty ph strips), I water when the first inch of the soil feel very dry. Growing in rich organic soil mixed with worm castings, rice hulls, chicken manure compost, mycorrhiza. Outdoors in pots.

I seen some very fine and little webs and I thought they were from spider mites, but i managed to find a couple of spiders, as big as white flies, i figured they are the kind that feast on little insects and wouldn't harm the plants. I also have some white flies, but I been keeping them under control, I never see more than a couple in each plant.

Some pics.

Spreading upwards, this pic is a little bright so it's a bit harder to see, but the spots are the same as the one in the first pic, sorry.

This is how the leaves looks after enduring those dark spots for a while, it starts yellowing and dying, and it feels very dry to touch, i could snap it easily.

When you water make sure it's coming out the bottom before you stop, how high is you temps. It seem your are growing organically but you may consider feeding it some nutrients with its watering to correct any deficiencies.
