Its just on one of them, but its sad... the plant looks healthy otherwise. First grow, I've been going through all the noob mistakes, every single one of them. Hoping this is not another one and is something treatable.

Edit: Forgot to mention from all the reading i've been doing I think it might be a K deficiency, but don't know if it is, planning on flushing 'em all (this one is @ wk 4.5) Thanks<3!

So, when you post here you wanna give details about your grow, esp. the kind of medium and the nutes you're using and have used recently.

As a general note I can say that it could either be a deficiency but is more likely a lockout caused by a. pH being off, b. over-fert. a is more likely. So check that. Flushing is always good, especially in soil-less media.

sorry, its under a 58x58x70 Growbright tent, 600w MH (going HPS in flower), i've been sticking with AN nutrients, using Micro Grow Bloom, adding a bit of B-52 as well, PH-Up and Down from AN as well. PH runoff is 5.80 on this one, the oldest one has taken the brunt of the abuse and went through a nute burn, and i'm pretty sure they all went through a pH lockout. Using ROOTS organic soil btw, I added some DE for a gnat problem i have/had (haven't seen one in forever), used FF's Don't Bug Me! then added a layer of DE, all gone (there are prob still some larvae growing/dying). sorry for the lack of info, still fairly new here. Thanks for the input!

More info:

I've been feeding every other water, usually takes 4-5 days for 'em to dry up completely, sometimes i water it a day early, I just started (yesterday) adding b-52 to the water (w/o other nutes), though i never water if the first inch of soil is even a bit moist. I've been getting the PH of the water to 6.5-6.6 (both with and w/o nutes). She's (i hope she anyhow), about 11".

sounds like you shouldn't worry much :)

you seem to know your stuff and that's just one lower leaf on one plant. as long as it don't spread rapidly i think you're cool.

Thanks =], peace of mind is worth much ;)... they are all bagseeds, 1 of 'em seems sativa/indica sat dominant, (just from fan leaves alone), all the others look like pure indica, (one pictured above prob has the fattest leaves), I'm still considering what strains to grow, this is sort of a dry-run for the next ladies ;D.

Looks like watering problems not a deficiency, sure the soil isn't still moist when you water, do you pick the pot up to see if the whole pot is dry? Even if the soils dry two inches below the soil the rest could be wet, maybe dry pockets of soil in the pot as well. It dosen't look bad but 4/5 days for that pot to completly dry is a little quick. Just a guess but i see it in my plants now and again when my watering is off.

Well its just that One plant, and 1 leaf+wrecked shoot. The other ones have had their problems as well (I'm down to 1 that hasn't had any issues at all), i've been following the same watering regime for all of 'em, except the first that was overwatered and then underwaterd =[

The runoff is at 5.8, i've been feeding/watering at 6.5-6.6, when I flush it this weekend I'm going to try to get it to 6.5.

My initial thought looking at the photos was that you were overwatering, but as you say in your description, every 4 days, thats is not over watering.

I think this is a simple matter of over fertilizing, you probably don't need any more for the rest of the grow. In the last weeks of budding, you want the plant to use up the energy stores in the fan leaves, at least to some extent.

When I grow in soil with perlite added, about the only thing I give a plant from start to finish is a little calmag and a soluable 20-20-20 fertilizer, and I only use each of these twice. The way you apply fertilizer is just as important as what fertilizer you use. Maybe I'm a minimalist, but I don't agree with the strict regiment of nutes that all the fertilizer companies would have you believe. All I need is seeds with good genetics, the rest is noise.

One issue I noticed with this plant (the others seem to be minding their space/canopy coverage), is that the bigger fan leaves are blocking out a great amount of the light from the tops that are still growing, I just removed the 2 oldest tops from the plant b/c they had barely grown, and were getting little to no light (huge difference in color between the rest of the new growth and these), I know its pretty stupid to ask after the fact, but should I have left them on? The rest of the new growth seems to be getting the point and is shooting up to break the canopy and get some light, they aren't all the way out yet but they are still going for it.
