These are cotyledons and they are meant to turn yellow and die off. Just ignore them this means you officially have seedlings. The next stage will be vegetative and you can tell that begins when they suddenly begin to jump up. This usually takes around 2 weeks give or take for seedlings to reach veg. So far you are looking good.

Oh and make sure when you pot them up you bury those lanky stems and so get the lights right down close to prevent them stretching.

Curious2Garden is right on. What lights are you using? Just remember to go slow with things. Dont overwater or overfeed them. Water when the container feels light. Do not water if container is heavy. Looks good.

Ok cool thanks, so should I repot them again because I just put them in the pots there in I first had them all in 1 pot and there taller than they look because a couple of inches are already under the dirt!

How far away is that light? A 17w is going to need to be damn near on top of the plants to keep stretch down.

Just realized it was 5 plants under that one light. You need to upgrade.

View attachment 2637950how many watts should i get or what kind of lights do i need? i have no idea of what i need at this people have thrown me off my rocker, lol help me out!
Your lighting depends on your needs. Do you plan on flowering these indoors, or are you just starting them indoors? Lighting, nutes, and the other important materials to grow a plant should have been something you hammered out before. Now it's going to be a game of catch-up.

How much homework did you do before you started these seeds? Not trying to be too hard on you here, but you did this all backwards.

all i really new was the basic things i would need as if they were growing out side, light, water, air, dirt and thats i have use up to this point, i only started asking question when i saw the leafs dying because it worried me, i have seen videos and read other things but it was usually for big growers and crops and it got really complex and pricey and im just not that dedicated to that much into it but as they grow i want to do more to keep them growing so im open to people that are smarter about it!

NO!
Do NOT repot yet, usually you can go at least 2 weeks in the cup, allowing it to grow foliage, because as soon as you put into a bigger pot, it will focus on root growth.
Get your lights closer, I am assuming you are using CFL's due to the stretxh.
