Low Stress training Sativas - Durban Poison

I was hoping if some of the professional growers here can give me some tips, or point me to some already established articles and/or videos, on how to low stress strain sativas: most specifically, any insight into growing and low stress training Durban Poison inside. I have six seeds coming my way and already have a 1500w LED which yielded me 1.2oz of Lemon OG and 1.4oz from a random sativa. Both grew in 5-gallon pots and cultivated with organic farming methods: worm compost, happy frog fertilizer, coconut water, etc. Not the most impressive numbers I know, the light was $100 on Amazon and I did my best. I am going to purchase a 2000 or a 2500w LED light very soon to use alongside my 1500w light, as well as 7-gallon fabric pots so the plants can grow a little bigger. I definitely want to focus on obtaining larger yields this time around. This will be my third grow. Very excited. Any PRO help would be great.

On a personal note, I want to thank the gentlemen who helped me with first grow last year: thank you guys, it means a lot. Thanks.

All the best,

Daniel

pinch before bend.
Good advice... Also I'm not an expert by any means but my recent experience has shown that sativa doms benefited from a longer veg period even though it got tall... You do need the room upwards and enough light penetration down even with LST... They didn't like being rushed into flower...

I am kinda in the same situation.i bought a large tomato cage...i supercropped my swazi gold at same height of top of cage ring and attached sativa to cage to loop around or she would have been 8-9 feet indoors.
