Love some advice!

Hey guys, my current grow has had some ph issues. I am having trouble telling if they are done. One because it's so burned, and one because I have never grown a plant with such fluffy looking buds. They're both at 11 weeks from flip. And yes, they look horrible. But no bud rot, and the weed will get me high, so oh well!

Would you wait or chop these?
Northern lights: all milky that I see, with amber on burned leaves only. Cheap hand loup, so no trich pics.

Anesthesia: The yield is going to be bad but looks like quality could be surprisingly good. She looks just about ready to cut.

Honestly both could cut now, or wait a week i think.

They really look like those certain fluffy buds. I like them

Thanks all. Yes, I agree on the annie being a bad yielder here. She did not take well to topping, and while the other plants showed ph stress by dropping leaves like flies, she just slowed down on her tops and put all the effort into the lower part. I would guess 2 ounces at most, probably more like 1.5, even in a 5 gallon with 6 week veg. Poor dear didn't deserve my mistake. She smells fucking amazing. I am probably gonna chop northern on Sunday and annie on monday. Thank you, and merry xmas.
