Loseing Leaves

Hey all, got a question. i changed my lights to 12/12 a week ago and now i'm finding some of the lower leaves are falling off. is this normal??
also, some of the bigger fan leaves are starting to curl down like a claw. is this a deficiency???

i'm useing MG soil and useing Canna nutes with some Cal-Mag added.

could be alot of things, first check your soil ph if thats fine check you water ph, , can you check your ppm?

What size containers are those? It looks thirsty. If it has been taking alot of water could be time for a new pot. Also, the only portion of the plant that is receiving light in the pics is the top. After switching to a shorter lighting cycle it could just not be receiving enough light. Nitrogen deficiency? Did you switch to bloom nutes? Are the bottom leaves yellowing? Just some ideas but more details would be nice!

they are 2 gallon pots, i switched to the bloom nutes and i water every third day. should i switch to every other day?? my soil and water ph checks out fine...

do you let the soil dry out between waterings? every third day seems like a lot, imo

Your plant has AIDS!!! Naw im just kidding the bottoms leaves falling off is very normal if leaves higher up start falling off then you have a problem

yes, i ley soil get dry. I'll try every other day for a while and see what happens
