Loopy Loop Seedling

Have a couple Durban Poisons I am about to pop in to the solo cups. Seedling on the right did the roller coaster loopy loop. Should I bury the loop under the soil or what??

It may have been that the seed was facing wrong way and root started growing upwards. No issue you can plant up to cotyledons when planting up
