Looking for work in the marijuana field.

I have plenty of experience with the plant. Im looking for someone who makes a living off of the plant who also has an all around respect for the plant. I am seeking "employment" and accepting herb as payment. I am just trying to get on my feet. I expect very little in payment (less than minimum wage). Basically I am looking for an all around mentor on life. Someone who makes a living, but still has a soul. I cant relate to people who sell bad stuff, or do things only for themselves.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? My current location is marina, Ca. I am willing to travel by bicycle up to 1500 miles to meet someone. Call me crazy, but I feel this is my destiny.

Any pointers on where I should look, things to look out for, any info will help.

As said, the best way to learn is through doing it yourself.
Set up a farm, grow everything!
Corn, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbages, cannabis, peas, carrots
If you really love the garden like we all do, go and live the dream on a huge set of land out in the middle of nowhere

I dont have any money, and my parents are psycho. My dad is a gambling addict, he has no friends or spiritual views. Every extra dollar we have goes into his addictions. He cannot moderate. My mother is an enabling pushover who works hard so that he can sit on his ass and eat bacon 3 times a day. Everything I say to them is considered "unhealthy". I have nobody to support me. I do not believe in working for most people. I will only work for a greater good. I will not make spiritual sacrifices for a job. Which is why I am looking anywhere for an opportunity. I WILL NOT BE TAKEN. I am not stupid. I can tell if you are a flake just by talking to you,what type of cloths you wear.. the way your body looks..your eyes... Im just hoping there is someone out there.(i know there is) I am not sure where I will find this person. But I am looking for a spiritual guide. Someone who makes a living off honesty(not fake american honesty).

it would be pretty rough to grow in Marina. he'd be in the marine layer and thats the balls for growing anything. My girlfriends college roomie is from Marina and my girl and I like to go stay at the Marina dunes resort around this time of year.

How old are you ? perhaps you should go to school botany may be a good career path if you're honestly into growing things... My girlfriend says I should go back for botany myself >,< It's pretty amusing as my biological father is a botanist ... though I've not known him for 28 years and I have 0 memories of him.
