Looking for the right strain

I have had multiple back surgeries and live in chronic pain. I am really am really looking for a strain that will help with my over tight muscles and spasms. Can anyone recommend a strain? Maybe one that has worked for them.

I'd go with a high cbd strain if you can track one down.

That's the hard part.. Not a lot of choices where I am from..
