Do you know what Grafting is?

I could take a branch of Hindu Kush, an Indica, and cut a clone from it and instead of rooting the clone, strip the bark/skin from the bottom of the stem. Then I could insert it into a hole made on a Malawi plant, a Sativa. And both the Hindu Kush and Malawi plants would grow, all out of the stem of the Malawi plant.

And you could even pollenate them both.

Grafting a Hindu Kush onto a Malawi does nothing for the Hindu Kush. Why would you do this on a plant with a short life span?

It is generally done on things like fruit trees to get variety of different fruit from one tree.
 
Btw, I also have Wormwood, Giant Tomatos, Hopi Tobacco, Carolina Reaper Peppers, Black Cobra Peppers, and Wild Dagga growing.

Lol. That is my point. Grafting the 2 plants together does not change either plant. Pollinating 1 branch does not pollenate another.
 
And people graft Marijuana also. In order to grow more strains on 1 plant.

You can also do something like graft Marijuana onto a bush, or shrub or maybe even a tree like a pine tree. Just use a big plant and that black tar glue. But then the Marijuana would have the benefit of an entire Trees root system.

This is also done with slow growing cactuses like Peyote. You can graft it on faster growing cactuses, or succulents like Periopskis, which makes it grow much much faster by lending its root system.

When you pollinate can you guarantee no pollen got away from you? All it takes is a shallow breath or a slight shake of your hand and then you have potential to send pollen into the air. This escaped pollen could land anywhere and you would never know because individual grains of pollen are not easily visible to the naked eye.

If you are breeding for shits and giggles, have at it with as many strains of pollen at the same time on the same plant as you want. However if you want serious reliable results then you never bring more than one strain of pollen into a flower room at a time.
 
sure do, i've grafted literally thousands of plants, from cacti to roses. grafted moms were an idea here long before you joined. it isn't worth the effort, is a pita, but it IS a cool way to waste six months. if you succeed, that is...

I was literally just using Grafting of an example of how doing something to 1 branch does not effect the whole plant.

So it's not like it's unprofessional. And I know what I'm breeding them with.

Lol. I have an article about Grafting from like 2012. I've been growing marijuana indoors for 7 years, but I've grown plants in general (herbs, spices, etc) for like 11 years.

All I am trying to say is as soon as you introduce more than one strain of pollen into a flower room at the same time you cannot guarantee exactly what the cross in because of potential cross contamination.

Nope, it's true. I could grow 3 make plants and 3 female plants in a room, unregulated. Take the seeds from that and only keep females, then introduce 3 new males unregulated to grow in the same room.

Then I could stabilize the strain, take it to them. And they can tell me what it is.

I told them about Blue Mystic's mysterious background and they said they could solve it. They could probably also solve the Amhearst Diesel mystery. It's like having a forensic lab for weed.
