Looking for some lighting help

Hi guys
I’m a DIY grower. Looking for some advice. I haven’t grown in about 5 years.
i have a cabinet about 2x3 and 4 foot high.
I’ve only grown with my homemade cfl light with 10x 42 Watts
I use what I learned as bubbleponics from Roseman about 11 years ago.
I’ve done 6 grows in this setup and usually get about 6oz
I’m growing in an air conditioned room with no real worries about being stealth
If I had to I could ventilate into the garage.

I see a lot of people using leds.
Would those work muchbetter in this cab?
Would they create heat issues?

Would it be worththe trouble of stepping up to an mh/hps?

Would I need to ventilate into the garage?

For an HPS, you'd likely want to ventilate that heat elsewhere in that small of a space.

LED's work, but there is a huge difference between the cheapo blurple lights and say higher end QB's. I'm sure others will chime in as well

And by the way, that is a badass little cabinet you got going there! that's fucking impressive! I hope I can get 6 oz out of my 4x4 tent haha
