Looking for some advice

Hey guys, I'm an aboslute newbie to the growing game.
What started off as a window sill grow got out of hand. My main objective is quality over quantity for my first one though. I'm only going to grow one female once I find out the sex of my plants. There are white cheese auto flowers from dinafem. Got three growing now so waiting for flower. How ever I've built a little nursery out of a large cardboard box which is doing the trick. this weekend I'm going to build a wooden grow box so I can do the job properly. I've got a 250w hps lamp with a 6 " fan circulating air and a 6" extractor fan its sitting at about 25 degrees in there currently. I'm thinking of building a 36"x36"x18" box with a 6" intake fan and a 6" extractor fan and my biggest concern is smell when she matures. Do you think a box of this size is going to be to hot with a 250w hps ? Also would the ona odar eaters be good enough to mask the smell coming out the exhaust ? Or should I consider a scrubber ? But I want to keep it as simple as possible and with one plant I don't know if I'll need a scrubber or not ?

Charcoal filter dude.

Also have the exhaust ducting venting through a window or roof.

I have mine exhsusting out my roof which keeps the smell pretty minimal.

yeah a carbon filter with a fan should do both jobs.
however i think you would benefit more by using a bit of imagination over a cardboard box setup, no offense ofcourse.
but even a month into my first grow after buying a big tent and a brandname watering system i spent a few hours in my local hardware store and made a much better internal setup for about 1/3 the cost and it was complete efficiency.
just food for thought i suppose, taking time to make the grow area tidy and making use of every inch of space

Well that's what I'm doing this weekend I want a better set up so making a wooden box instead, intake fan as well as an extractor ? I just hope it's going to be big enough for a 250w hps ?

250w hps light should only really be a heat problem if your growing inside a tin shed as its a relatively low power light as opposed to say a 1000w which you could expect to cook the room without SOME form of air shift.

Took your advice guys and bought a lovely tent 2'x2'x5' got a 4" extractor, my temp is 26 degrees and humorous is at 50 figuring how to build it up now

Brilliant, to see that you are growing seeds that need sexing rather than feminised seeds.
My advice would be build the box has big has you can get away with room size wise,
also try and get bigger exhaust fan,bigger the better ,it will keep the heat down and can
all ways be used in case you decide to add more light,Also go 2" down on a inlet fan eg 8" out let 6" inlet
Buy a carbon filter some try making them madness,just buy one,
you may want to look into a cool tube this will help with the heat,heat will be
your main problem,but get the right equipment to start and you are set,growing cannabis is really
addictive,but smoking something you have grown your self is very good.
