Not saying you did but someone could've easily took rubbing alcohol and wiped off the whatever strain name was on the thugpug orange pack and got a black sharpie and wrote cherry pie breath on there. I know a lot about thugpug's gear especially is older stuff made that he crossed with his mendobreath(studley spewright). I've run the original puta breath, meat breath, sherb breath and many others...you can see alot of my grows over in the thugpug section.
I never saw a cherry pie breath in the newer orange packaging, only ever saw it in the older simple small zip lock baggies like your Michigan mouth pack. Funny though I've usually seen the Michigan mouth strain in the newer orange packaging.

I agree bra anything is possible but I'm pretty sure I bought this pack from Terpy seeds years ago when Thugpug was the rage. His Meat the Afghan was the best indica for me hands down. I'll probably just grow it out next year when I get into my reg packs. I have seen Cherry Pie Kush Breath in the old packaging you are talking about. Thugpug ran a game on the cannabis community for years ie injury, retirement and back selling again etc I lost interest in him and his gear and moved back to old school chem, garlic and afghani landrace strains. I'm never gonna look at the pack Cherry Pie Breath the same ever again now LMAO

Ya man thugpug was all the rage with when he was hitting his male medobreath(studley spewright) with everything. His mendo male was the special sauce in his genetics, it made some incredible strains. Thing is gromer lost his mendo male.
Puta breath is still one of the best strains I have ever ran to this day. Ya and gromer was definitely doing some sketchy stuff. There was a few young women on here that said he reached out to them thru ig to pursue relationships offering free seeds, stuff like that. This women posted screenshots of what he was saying it was all pretty creepy, he is an older guy believe in his late 50s trying to talk to 20 something year old while also being a married man. That just one thing amongst many. I have no interest in his newer strains, really haven't had any interest since he lost his mendobreath(studley) male. All of his current offerings consider subpar to what he used to have.

I'd run it. If you got it from terpy you should be good but there was a part of me that didn't even trust some of those reputable seed banks with those orange packs or even the clear packs especially years ago when certain strains were fetching alot of money. Cherry pie breath is a killer strain, that would be some fucking fire head smoke. I don't see alot of Cherry pie strains around anymore. I always thought Cherry pie had some of the best flavor/terps around. Dvg did a Cherry pie strain called humble pie that was fucking killer. Only reason I thought of the somone doing that with the rubbing alcohol with orange thug packs is becauee someone posted either here or on ig (when thugpug was all the rage right before and around the pandemic) someone taking iso alcohol and just easily wiping of the sharpie strain name. Then they wrote whatever strain right on it, so it always stuck with me lol.
