According to the older fella that lives on the block, there was an old lady who owned the place for the last decade, and her hoodlum grandsons were living there too. I dont think there has ever been a grow there but i will be going in with a backpack sprayer full of bleach water and spraying every single square inch of it before i lay down a couple coate of oil based Kilz on every square inch of it. Good thinking though. Im going to do this shit right. Im trying to think of every precaution conceivable to cover my ass.Make sure you hazmat your grow area. Could have been a former grow. And you don't any left over pests.
Thats a tough one. All i can think of is to either call and ask from somebody elses phone, or else your Google-Fu better be strong.I have been trying to figure out what the city's rules are without calling the city lol. Don't want to put up red flags cause i don't want to register with the city i don't think that's crazy it's unconstitutional

That's was what i was thinking have a friend call who has no affiliation and ask questions. They have been trying to pass strick rules registration and prior inspection but don't think it's passed yet. It's unconstitutional some of the stuff they are trying even the city lawyer voted noThats a tough one. Hell no, me neither. Why, so they can set me up to think im within the narrow confines of the law and then fuck me like they have so many others who "are compliant and within regulation"PASS!!!!

Paid 15k cash for mine detroit suburbs nice little spot. Of course i put 12k into it and did everything Myself but it's my home it could have been a grow house rehab for 2k into itUsually landlords and/or any type if financier is going to require pay stubs as proof of employment. Last 3 months worth or something like that. Have you been able to rent before just using a letter from your employer? I suppose it would depend on the landlord, and how motivated he is to rent his property...but right now it's not a renters market. Tons of folks damaged their credit and foreclosed on homes during the recent recession, so landlords can be pretty picky considering how many people are looking to rent.
It's definitely a buyers market. Way more homes available than there are people that are credit worthy. If you can pay cash for a home there are great deals to be had!
