I'm a registered MMMP card holder and I'm looking for 1 or 2 Free Leonard clones preferably in the Flint area but am willing to go as far away as Lansing, Saginaw, or northern part of Oakland county. Thanks

No the name of the strain is Free Leonard in honor of the native american Leonard Peltier. I will pay for the clones :)

Someone from MI with the internet screen name of Swampy created an awesome plant by crossing G-13 and Butterscotch Hawaiian and passed away clones for free at compassion clubs. Some really GREAT smoke! I was just looking for one or two to grow for myself as I just treat myself. Swampy has passed on now but his plant lives on.

I have the g13 x bsh in gens f1 through f9 in seed form.
I got them from his partner in the original cross and have been working with this line since 06,one of my very faves for meds.

My experience with the strain is very low yielding and even lower THC level with a 10 to 12 week flowering.
But good luck in your search.

I thought it was supposed to be a huge yielder that's very potent:confused: There are guys on another site showing their pictures of FL with colas nearly the size of 2 liter bottles. I'm actually looking for some clones right now too to see for myself

There were quite a few seeds outta that line that went to multiple growers so there's probably more than one cut floating around.

Somebody did me a great act of kindness and said they would gift me a couple of seeds today. If it comes through I will pay that good deed forward and gift you a clone when the mom is big enough :D

Glad I saw this. I am growing FL right now. It is just about to finish up. I had some burn issues about a month ago, but the plant has recovered nicely and is filling out great. The white hairs are reaching about a 1/4-1/2" in every direction off of the buds. It is a great plant, and I'm glad to hear my cloner got his mother back. :)

I've got access to clones ready right now in soil...good strain takes about 8 1/2 weeks to finish and is a heavy yielder. Beautiful plants.

So ya, I've been waiting to post some pics of my Free Leonard for you guys. What an interesting turn of events this grow turned out to be. I threw my 2 Free Leonard plants into flowering mid February. The guy I got them from said it was a 8-9 week strain. I put them in with 2 Apollo that I had going figuring the Apollo would come down in 7 and a week or so later the FL would come down. Well I harvested the Apollow in mid April, the FL looked as though it was finishing nicely, and then it started. It kept pushing little clusters of buds up out of the stacks and the buds started to swell quite a bit. I figured I would let it go as long as it wanted. I had the space and I like to let plants finish properly, no matter what. WELL!!! The Free Leonard Plants just kept going, and going, and going. 8 weeks turned into 9, 9 turned into 10, etc. At week 12 the first plant finished. It was the smaller of the 2, but still yielded nicely. I ended up getting just shy of 3 oz. The other plant, I let it go until finally this week I put it in the dark cool room where I let my plants finish. I go in there tonight to pull it and it is still pushing out those little clusters of buds. It probably could have gone a bit longer, but finally the tide of building plants grew to be too much and I had to pull it and chop it. It did get stressed a bit at about week 4 with pretty severe Nitrogen deficiency. I ended up doing a half and half Bio Flores/ Bio Vega to boost the color, but even that wasn't strong enough, and I ended up doing 3 waterings with Bio Vega and that turned them green again and they took off. So at week 14, I give you the Free Leonard.

Just a smoke update after curing. The smoke was really nice. The buds were a bit loose, but the high was very nice. More a heady Sativa high with a bit of relaxation in the shoulders. It was a real nice smooth smoke that went over well with a lot of my patients. Overall probably a 7/10.

Why don't you just go ask Leonard for some? Weird name for a strain I think? What is this free leonard? genetics I mean.
