Can I use it with neem oil solution?

Asking to use as the detergent to keep oil in solution
1/2 teaspoon per gallon should only add about 200ppm to foliar
It's got sodium, not sure how leaves will react

Is it good for cleaning hash covered things?

I think it's degreaser properties will do good on my bubble bags.

OMG! Do not use TSP to spray on your plants! Use good old Dawn Unscented dish washing soap to act as a surfactant. Gardeners of all plants use it for their home made sprays. Any dish soap would work but Dawn's the best. Used to wash oil off birds that get caught in oil spills.

I've been using Safer's Ends All II concentrate mixed up and adding my neem to it. It's a soap like product with pyrethrins. Non toxic but I still wouldn't spray it on buds. Safer's Soap would work too.

About a tsp or two of Dawn in a gal of water is enough to mix the neem with if you just want to use neem. Just swill it around to mix cause if you shake it it will take days until the foam settles down. My neem says to use 7.5ml/L so about 2 Tbsps/USG. 1 Tbsp=15ml.

oldmeduser nailed it the first time, 35% peroxide will do just fine if youare sketchy on using other products, but watch out, use gloves becuse it will burn and turn your skin white! you can also use hygrozyme but its wy to expensive to use only for cleaning purposes. cheers!
