Looking for 8 weeks or less flowering strains (tested at 8, not advertised at 8)

Was posting on some other guys thread the other day about the Bomb Seeds THC bomb has a bunch of pheno's floating around and mostly 13 week ones even though they are advertised at 7-9 weeks flowering time. Obviously some of us can't utilize 13 week strains, even 9 weeks won't do for some of us. I'm just looking for some options for proved and tested 8 week strains indica or mixed, with medium to high yield, and with a very strong effects (>20%) treating severe migrains. Thanks. I know theres already threads on this, but I'm looking for newer strains and of the ones I've found a lot aren't available anymore.

Only want to hear about strains you've actually tested @ 8 weeks flowering, and from what seedbank they're from.. the advertised flowering times just can't be 100% trusted / accurate.

Female Seeds C-99 are DONE at 7 weeks. They are advertised as a Sativa, but the two I grew from seeds were more hybrids IMO..... and I would imagine if left to go 8 weeks they'd swing even more to a sedated Indica type buzz. Beautiful frosty plants that smell like pineapple. Yield was just so-so if that's a concern for you

I know your main concern is flowering period/time and Stowandgrow is right, Female C99 is done between 7-8. I took mine at 52 days, very nice! But the point I want to make with my quote is that you should be looking for high CBD strains if migraine treatment is truly your goal. You might not see 20% + in THC, but you'll have appropriate meds to treat that particular ailment. Just my two cents.

I always find "strains for certain ailments" to be difficult. Everyone is different and every plant in a bean batch is different. I've tried a couple cbd strains that were suppose to be good for pain, and... eh, wasn't really the same. Could just be my experience. My mother had a migraine and couldn't stop vomiting. She isn't one to consume cannabis regularly at all, ironically she didn't understand why I use cannabis until she tried it. Anyways I gave her something I knew would make her relaxed, sleepy and strong (my SSDD). A couple bong rips (I found it funny my mother was using a bong, but her being a non smoker in general I couldn't expect her to figure out a pipe), I filled the chamber for her and told her just take a deep breath. Two of these, she started to relax and fell into a sleep. Woke up a few hours later, no more vomiting, no more migrane.

Especially if you haven't grown C99 before that would be the best choice imo.

An alternative would be cannalope haze from DNA genetics (which according to some is a C99 knockoff). It finishes in 8 weeks too, both the indica-bud and the more hazy phenos. Not the highest yielder either but when you do some canopy control that doesn't have to bring down the total.

c99 sounds good, never grown it. Of everything I've seen so far royal queen critical and liberty haze are spot on 56 days, but they are both high and medium in thc/cbd, i wouldn't mind trying a high cbd if there are any 56 days and under's.

I haven't grown C99, but if I were to, I'd go with St0w's and others recommendation of Female Seeds. They wouldn't steer you wrong

I've never seen c99 go longer than 8 weeks, but for pain relief and the flowering time you're looking for, I would look at a Bubba Kush cross, bubba finishes fast and has an incredibly medicinal stone, but the yields are not usually good. That's not uncommon for faster finishing strains, though. If you're into fems only, it looks like Dinafem has a pre-98 BK feminized seed that looks and sounds just like bubba.

Wonder how the mosca c99 bx1 stacks up against the females seeds version. Have a pack sitting around but keep hearing about female seeds being the go...Anyone run both?

I have c99 as a staple in my room. every 55 -60 days I can pull a harvest from the c99.. what you need is a more cbd strain.. I am starting a royal queen seed euphoria for my girl.. I will keep it on a journal and you can see for yourself.. BUT c99 from female seeds is and will finish faster then any other sativa/indica strain.. will make your room smell like a fruit stand,very good flavor and tatse.. frosty and makes great hash..

I ran BTY OG KUSH that can be pulled at day 56. But not from a seed bank. Homies breed them for me and went through the whole trial of popping em n getting the best pheno..it's supA dank too.
