If you don't have money for a fucking pot, should've saved some before starting to grow.
Anyways, If you clean 'all' the paint out and drill some holes, it'd be good.
Next, you should buy good soil, not steal it from woods, because first - it may be infested with bad bugs, second - it may have bad drainage which will cause overwatering.
OF course, as you came here for help, not for replies like these, i can advise you to take dirt from the place where a mole dug it up, that should be better.
Check for some worms/shit, and you could really buy some perlite for a few bucks. ( Is that so hard? )

Edit: sorry, just read you are reeeealy tight on money. Then you could just put it outside in ground, otherwise seek a solution yourself

it will start to discolour and die within 48 hours imo

if the roots can no longer uptake moisture and nutrients, it will start to absorb goodness from the leaves and then it can turn into a point of no return

do u have some soil?

if so, as a temporary measure, make a simple half cylinder structure out of old sheets and clips and fill with soil.

transplant into there and leave it raised off the floor on a plank of wood or something.

then get a pot my friend!!!
