Looking at a greenhouse, any suggestions appreciated

I'm looking at a greenhouse, it's 30x90, owner said it's double poly. On a 30 degree day on winter last year it was around 60 in the greenhouse, had to take off my coat and the wood stove wasn't even running yet. Has a large exhaust fan and electricity nearby (200A). It's on a concrete slab down the middle, and the sides have gravel and weed barrier.

Thinking of partitioning into 3 areas. Vegging/trimming/drying/curing could be done in another location, so the greenhouse could always be on 12/12.

Was just wondering if I started with just 1 quarter of the space (staying under my plant limit for amount of patients I have), this would be about 22x30, would 10 DE's be sufficient and how many plants would you do in this space- would 5 per lamp (in 5 gallon fabric pots) be OK? What would you figure in terms of yield? How would you do it? Very interested in your thoughts.

Is there a recommended humidifier/dehumidifier that will work for each area we section off, or would a whole system be best?

What about photo sensors etc? There will be some sunlight, so I'm wondering if photo sensors for the DE lights would help save $ on electricity much.

Thanks in advance

Winter sunlight is weak and not sufficient for any real growth. Estimate 1 gm/watt of light provided with optimal results. SOG would get the most benefit from such an area. Have you checked on the new solar panel sets? A little over $1 a watt produced total cost new (most S/H is free). You will have to supplement with HID realistically. Lay the plants on their sides (not the pots but train them laterally) and buy cheap plastic flowers to place along them so from above it looks like a flowering vine. If detection is your concern. I grew in AK.

So in summer it could be 150 deg in there. Get a very large industrial exhaust fan to begin with. Cant be over 90 for healthy plants.

Thinking of going with solex panels- got a quote to replace the poly with it, it's about $3400 I think, plus labor (don't have it front of me).
Maybe after at least one run though. Still thinking this through. It's already setup for drip irrigation, would probably just need a pump.
