look this over for me please

just a update things seem to be good. I'm going Saturday and pick up nutes so I'm ready when few weeks go by .. I watered today that's why they look wet . I thought after 3 days and they felt light they was dry but I think could go another day. I all ready transplanted from that seedling tray to these red solo cups. Plants was very small and when I took them out they wasn't even close to root bounding, Next time I will wait a lot longer.
When I transplanted they really took off growing fast. ok few questions
How much longer tell I go to 600 MH or should I just stick with this t5? 3 plants
Should I transplant to 1 gallon next or straight to final 3 gallon ?
If I'm looking at this plant correct it has 3 nodes should I get light breeze blowing on ?

humidity 53% best I can get I do mist them twice a day
lights are like 4 or 5 inches away
water ph is 6.6 I let set out 48 hours before I use

Looks good keep them under t5s for now. You could cut a small hole or flap in the bottom of the cup so you can see the roots when it fills in. You shouldn't need to keep misting. Don't worry about transplanting yet.
